"I have already told you more than once how wonderful our vacation in Queenstown was, but I have to say it again. New Zealand is a beautiful country and Queenstown is a great place to visit. The itinerary you planned for us in such a gorgeous location resulted in an unforgetable trip. The hotel was perfect with plenty of room and a beautiful view, we had all the best tours and adventures on our itinerary, all pickups, etc. were just right. Everywhere we went, someone was just waiting for our voucher and then we took off! You even helped us with a change in our plans after we arrived and everything worked out wonderfully. We are not usually especially lucky so we are giving you and your wonderful Visitor Centre the credit for planning our trip. We especially enjoyed the feeling that everyone in Queenstown was working together to help us enjoy our visit and that there was no competition for our time. "I just wanted to thank you for all the time and care you put into making our trip to the South Island a great success. Thank you for organising everything so well, there wasn't a single hitch. We were blessed with the most wonderful weather and it was a wonderful week from start to finish. We made both the trip to Milford Sound and the glacier, which we were thrilled about. The two lodges you booked us into were new, clean and comfortable, with simple but good mealsat the Haast one. They had cots and highchairs waiting which was great.
