It is very important that you read & understand the following before you proceed with your itinerary request.

We will prepare an outline itinerary and cost for you to consider. Once reservations have met your complete satisfaction, full payment will be required.

Credit card details can be supplied on-line(secure server), by fax or telephone. Your itinerary & documentation will be issued to you by courier/airmail.

If for any reason you have to cancel or amend all, or part of your itinerary after documentation has been completed, refunds will be made in accordance with the individual suppliers’ refund policy. There will be a handling fee of NZ$200 for a file cancelled after tickets have been issued and a NZ$50 fee per amendment to previously confirmed bookings.

We strongly recommend that you consider our "Comprehensive Travel Insurance" packages which will cover you for the usual property loss & damage, medical expenses etc. and also for such things as cancellation of tours and pre-booked activities, travel delays, missed connections and rental vehicle excess.
