At New Zealand Vacation Planners we provide a professional New Zealand holiday planning and New Zealand travel booking service, similar to that provided by your travel consultant at home. The difference is that your personal travel consultant is based in New Zealand and has up to date New Zealand travel and accommodation information, travel tips and special seasonal travel deals!

New Zealand Accommodation Booking Service
New Zealand full service hotels, self-catering motels and apartments, small homestays, boutique bed and breakfast inns, luxury resorts, golf resorts. We have a wide inventory of great value accommodations at our finger tips. Single nights or complete holidays.
New Zealand Transport Services
Whether you’re travelling by scheduled coach, train, plane, backpacker bus, chauffeur-driven limousine or self drive rental car, we can book it for you. Individual sectors or full itineraries.
New Zealand Tours
Group tours and independent New Zealand tours are a great way to see the country. Fixed date and daily departures available. Luxury coach tours, backpacker tours, adventure tours are all available through our Reservations Centre.
Customised Holidays
Our travel consultants are completely up to date with New Zealand accommodation, transport and sightseeing and well qualified to create your tailor-made itinerary.

 

DOCUMENTATION & PAYMENTS 

In order for Vacation Planners to issue your documentation (Sales Vouchers & Tickets), full payment of your travel file is required. The most common form of payment is by credit card. All types of credit card are accepted through our secure server. Your travel documentation will be airmailed to you, or be available to uplift upon your arrival in New Zealand (airport, hotel or rental vehicle depot). 

If for any reason you have to cancel or amend all, or part of your itinerary after documentation has been completed, refunds will be made in accordance with the individual suppliers' refund policy. We charge a handling fee of NZ$100 for a file cancelled after tickets have been issued and a NZ$50 fee per amendment to previously confirmed bookings.
