In order for Vacation Planners to issue your documentation (Sales Vouchers & Tickets), full payment of your travel file is required. The most common form of payment is by credit card. All types of credit card are accepted through our secure server. Your travel documentation will be airmailed to you, or be available to uplift upon your arrival in New Zealand (airport, hotel or rental vehicle depot).
If for any reason you have to cancel or amend all, or part of your itinerary after documentation has been completed, refunds will be made in accordance with the individual suppliers' refund policy. We charge a handling fee of NZ$100 for a file cancelled after tickets have been issued and a NZ$50 fee per amendment to previously confirmed bookings.
